Destiny Gathering – Hickory Texas and Hot Springs, Arkansas (Part II)

Pathways to Restoration and Purpose hosted two powerful women’s retreats designed to awaken, nurture, and elevate the entrepreneurial spirit in every woman who attended.

Led by Pathways' Founder & CEO Rose Nesbitt Jones and Dr. Brendalyn Jackson, these sessions created breakthrough moments, renewed confidence, and a clear path forward for women ready to build, launch, or expand their visions.

Part I

Hickory, Texas

During Part I at the Destiny Gathering, Pathways Founder/CEO Rose Jones led a transformational session titled “Journey to Discover Your God-Given Purpose.” This powerful teaching helped women reconnect with their identity, calling, and divine purpose, forming a strong foundation for stepping into entrepreneurship with clarity and courage.

Participants discovered:
Your entrepreneurial spark begins with identifying your unique God-given gifts and passions.

Every dream has a starting point, and even the smallest steps move you forward.
Fear loses its grip when faith and action operate together.
What you nurture grows, your vision requires watering, intention, and consistency.
The atmosphere was filled with excitement, breakthroughs, and renewed purpose.

Dr. Brendalyn Jackson: “Nurturing the Entrepreneur in You”

Part II of the retreat took participants deeper, focusing on spiritual alignment, marketplace influence, and the internal mindset required for sustained growth.

CEO Rose Nesbitt Jones taught on the “7 Mountains of Influence.”

She taught from the Kingdom principles shared by Lance Wallnau, Os Hillman, and Johnny Enlow, leaders who emphasize transforming culture through biblical influence. Their books and resources, including Lance Wallnau’s YouTube teachings, serve as foundational tools for
understanding the 7 Mountains of Culture:

The 7 Mountains of Influence:

Religion – Spiritual leadership, moral guidance, and Kingdom values.
Family – Strengthening households, identity, and generational legacy.
Education – Shaping learning, truth, and intellectual development.
Government – Impacting laws, justice, and public policy.
Media – Influencing communication, narrative, and public perspective.
Arts & Entertainment – Expressing creativity, culture, and inspiration.
Business – Stewarding wealth, resources, and ethical leadership.
This session challenged women to recognize which mountain they are called to influence and how to bring Kingdom principles into their entrepreneurial journey.

The teaching helped women:

Understand how to cultivate an environment where their ideas can flourish.
Build rhythms and habits that support consistency and confidence.
Develop the mindset of a visionary leader.
Move from hesitation to action, daily, boldly, and intentionally.

“The Path Forward”

The Pathways retreats affirmed that every woman carries potential, purpose, and the ability to create impact. These gatherings were more than workshops; they were transformational experiences filled with vision, community, and powerful next steps.

Pathways to Restoration and Purpose will continue offering life-shifting retreats, classes, and programs that equip women with the tools, strategies, and support they need to build meaningful and sustainable businesses.

Being part of this session was truly a blessing. When family and friends come together in unity through Christ, it’s powerful. The love and support I felt reminded me of what really matters, connection, resilience, and encouragement. These moments fuel my purpose and push me toward my goals, knowing Christ is guiding us through His word and the Holy Spirit.

This experience motivates me to lead with gratitude and to inspire others through knowledge, just as it inspires me. I can’t wait to see the next level.

This session helped me by teaching me different ways to pray. This session helped me to discover my God-given purpose, and if God has placed something on your heart to fulfill or has given you a vision, you are already equipped with everything you need within you to fulfill your purpose. Dr. Jackson inspired me to have more confidence in myself and in my business. She also inspired me to keep going and work hard—never be discouraged with a no. As a business owner, you have to have a business plan and be ready to present yourself and your business with confidence in yourself, believing you will succeed by keeping God first.
